Microplastics turn up in nearly every human brain sample, including healthy tissue

Tiny micro- and nanoplastic fragments are appearing everywhere, including in one of the most well-preserved parts of the human body—the brain. In a recent study conducted by Chinese researchers, they found microplastics and nanoplastics (MNPs) in almost all brain samples, both healthy and diseased.
