Elon Musk’s claims that he was abused by his OpenAI co-founders have failed after nine California jurors ruled unanimously that his lawsuit was filed too late.
Musk accused Sam Altman, Greg Brockman, OpenAI, and Microsoft of “stealing charity” from Frontier AI Labs by creating for-profit affiliates.
However, jurors found that any damages Musk suffered occurred before the deadline for filing his claims under the law.
