President Trump said Saturday that he could withdraw even more US military troops from Germany, a threat that came a day after he ordered the Pentagon to withdraw about 5,000 service members from the country. “We’re going to be making significant cuts, and we’re making more than 5,000 cuts,” Trump told reporters.
