Senator Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), a longtime senator, died Saturday evening at the age of 71 from a “brief and sudden illness.” “Senator Graham’s family appreciates the prayers at this time and asks for privacy during this incredibly difficult period,” Graham’s office wrote in a post on the social platform X at 2:02 a.m. ET.
