Retired US Navy Admiral James Stavridis warned on Sunday that the US should keep an eye on Iran’s activities in the Suez Canal. “There is more traffic flowing through it than through the Strait of Hormuz and the Iranians have started making noise about an attempt to close it using the Houthis in the southwestern corner,” Stavridis told CNN.
