Senator Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) said Sunday that he would not return to the Capitol for a vote “yet” as lawmakers prepare to return from recess. “As much as it frustrates me, this process takes time. And on the advice of my doctors, I will not be able to return to vote in the Senate just yet…”
