East michigan Football coach Sharon Moore was sentenced to 18 months of probation Tuesday for misconduct related to a confrontation with her executive assistant, shortly after Moore was fired for having an inappropriate relationship with her executive assistant.

Although the maximum possible sentence was six months in prison, Moore had no previous criminal record and District Court Judge Cedric Simpson opted to keep him out of custody during Tuesday’s sentencing in Washtenaw County Court.
