WBA Lightweight Champion Gervonta “Tank” Davis, 30, was arrested on a battery charge on Miami Beach on Friday morning, stems from an alleged domestic dispute with his four -year -old girlfriend.
According to WPLG Local 10, Davis’s arrest comes after about a month, when she allegedly attacked the mother of two children out of her three children on Father’s Day outside her house in Dorl. Talk show host Andy Slater was the first to report the incident and said Davis was “accused of killing his ex -girlfriend behind the head and slapping her.”
He was taken into custody in Miami Beach before being taken by the Dorl Police Department.
According to a prisoner report from Miami-Dade County, Davis is currently being organized “to be set” with his bond at the Turner Gilford Night Reform Center.
