Finally further forward of the United Nations Global Plastic Treaty, a group of international experts asked for more attention to health effects when considering plastic pollution. The health policy published in the lensate reviewed the current evidence of how plastic -microplastics and plastic chemicals – affect health and announce the launch of a new project tracking these effects: Lancet Countdown on Health and Plastic.
