Sen Rand Paul (R-K) said on Sunday that the former first Lady Jill Biden and Anthony Faussi could be investigated during the Autopan investigation by the Congress.
President Trump has snatched to use Autopen to forgive individuals during his last few months against his predecessor, former President Biden.

Paul said, “Even though Anthony Faisi has been forgiven, some questions are whether it is a legitimate forgiveness. His forgiveness was not signed by President Biden,” Paul said during an appearance. John catsimatidis Radio show “Cats Roundatell” at WABC 770 AM.
“It is not clear whether President Biden is in sufficient position to know mentally quite cognitive state. He was forgiven hundreds and hundreds of people a day by a mechanical signature from a machine. We know that people running the machine have been testified to testifies to the President, who never spoke to the President, who works for the President’s wife,” he said.
Biden has earlier argued that the previous administration has used Autopane to sign the government paperwork, proving its validity. However, Republican has refused to give up criticism about its signature on several apologies.
“Who knew that we were not run by Biden, but we were run by some kind of staff, who used to work for his wife. It’s something for a lot of Americans to know that to know that the person was giving the power of forgiveness and could take the country to battle and was chosen anytime,” said Paul.
He said, “I think the way you have the best way to resolve it, you have to go to court. And I think the easiest way to bring it to court is that they should motivate Anthony Faisi to lie to the Congress, and he will defend a defense that he has been forgiven,” he said.
Paul also reported that Autopen was not used to sign forgiveness for Hunter Biden.
“I think there is a question whether these forgiveness are valid. Interestingly, when he was to forgive for his son, he did not take any chance for an auto pen,” Paul.
“Forgiveness to Hunter Biden for any crime committed in the last 10 years, was committed by any crime, individual hand signed by Biden, not an auto pen.”
