Better brain health linked to resilience against early Alzheimer's in adults 65 to 80

A new study finds that a healthy brain may help protect thinking and memory skills from the early effects of Alzheimer’s disease. Dementia is currently the leading cause of death in Australia and Alzheimer’s disease is the most common form – accounting for over 70% of cases.
