AI PowerPoint-killer Gamma hits $2.1B valuation, $100M ARR, founder says 

Gamma, a startup that creates AI-generated presentations, websites, and social media posts, announced A $68 million Series B round led by Andreessen Horowitz on Monday at a valuation of $2.1 billion.

Gamma isn’t exactly a brand-new AI startup (at least by AI standards). According to this, it was established in late 2020 Lee’s LinkedInIts product will be launched for the first time in 2022.

Its more cautious fundraising trajectory (by AI standards) helped it achieve double the unicorn valuation on total fundraising of nearly $90 million. This was achieved with only about 50 employees, Lee said. And the round included a secondary offering that provided liquidity to early employees. The latest round also included participation from Accel, Uncork Capital and its other backers include South Park Commons, Hustle Fund and others.

Gama could not immediately be reached for comment.
