“The integrity of our products and the well-being of our members are our top priorities,” Peloton spokeswoman Stephanie Tkach said in an email statement to TechCrunch. “We are taking this opportunity to make replacement seat posts available to all affected Bike+ users and we encourage them to contact us as soon as possible to receive the redesigned seat post.”
