Tour de France Bike Race will win the first American cyclist Greg Lamond Congress gold medal On Wednesday morning at Capital.
Lamond, now finished first in 64, 1986, 1989 and 1990.
Was lameond award The Gold Medal of the Congress-one of the highest civilian awards in -2020, but the Kovid-19 epidemic delayed the ceremony.
He is about to receive the award on EDT at 11 am.
