Sen Johnson: Media 'either duped or complicit' in Russia election interference 'narrative'

Sen Ron Johnson (R-WIS) accused the media of being “either unhappy or complex” by the Russians on the 2016 election intervention.

“I want the press to be honest. I want the Pulitzer prize to come back. They were either cooled or entangled in advancing the false story that put America in a political upheaval for years,” Johnson told Blake Burman of the news on “The Hill”.

He said, “This continues, all a Hillary Clinton is based on the dirty trick, the steel dossier that they knew was a dirty trick, and yet they used it to do muleler investigation, impeachment, everything else,” he said. He said, “Listen, this, again from Russia or China, can expect the election intervention of worse, anytime,” he said.
