President Trump wants UFC fight on White House grounds

Des Moines, Iowa – President Donald Trump said on Thursday that he was thinking of staging the UFC match at the White House ground with 20,000 spectators to celebrate 250 -year -old American independence.

UFC enthusiast Trump said, “We have a lot of land, who have joined many of their mixed martial arts matches in recent months and are close friends with League President Dana White.

Trump announced his plan in Iowa during a kickoff for one year festivals to celebrate the US 250th birthday on July 4, 2026.

The Republican President also announced a closing festival at the National Mall in Washington, DC and a separate athletic competition of high school athletes across the country.

Trump said, “So every national park, battlefield and historical sites are going to have special programs in honor of America. And I also think we are going to fight a UFC,” Trump said.

“Think of this in the White House ground,” He said, saying that it would be a “full fight” with 20,000 to 25,000 people.

A White House spokesperson said he had no details to share beyond the President’s announcement, but the White House press secretary Karolin Levitt later said that Trump was “dead serious” about those plans.

Trump has recently enjoyed the seats in the ovation and cage seats standing for several UFC quarrels, including an appearance immediately after the reunion of 2024 and with white for two championship fights last month.
