Tulsa, Okla. ,Knwa/Kfta) – According to court documents to a former NFL player and Oklahoma native, officials convicted several federal allegations after seizing 190 dogs from an alleged animal fight enterprise.
54 -year -old Leshon Eugene Johnson of Broken Arrow was convicted by a federal jury in three cases of possession of a dog for use in an animal fight on Friday, two counting of a dog for use in an animal battle enterprise and a dog sales, transportation and distribution for use in an animal fight. The punishment came at the end of the five -day jury trial.

Officials said in a March news release In October 2024, 190 “pit bull-type dogs” from Johnson were seized. At that time, it was believed that it was seized at any time from a person in a federal dog fighting case.
