Retd. Gen. Jack Keane said Sunday that the US-Iran accord signals a “major change” in the Trump administration’s approach to foreign policy ideals in the Middle East. “This is a recognition that there has been a major shift in the administration’s priorities away from military objectives toward economic and political objectives,” Keane told host John Catsimatidis.
