A federal judge on Friday rejected an eleventh-hour effort by the Kennedy Center to block the removal of President Trump’s name from the famed performing arts center while an appeal is pending. The organization’s board had asked Judge Christopher Cooper to stop his previous order to bring up Trump’s name.
