The United Nations has for the first time added Israeli and Russian security forces to its annual blacklist of those that have documented sexual violence during the conflict, including allegations of rape against detained Palestinians. A report released by the United Nations on Friday lists 77 government and non-governmental parties in countries “credibly suspected” of “patterns or other forms of rape”.
