Rep. Jim Clyburn (D-S.C.) said Tuesday that record-breaking early voting in the Palmetto State was driven by residents’ anger over the Republican redistricting measure. “People were upset that this was happening. And people vote angry. And people were very angry,” Clyburn told reporters a few hours after casting his vote in Orangeburg.
