Franchise selected Ethan Holiday -East Rocky and seven-time all-star son Matt holiday – On Sunday with number 4 pick in MLB draft.
Matt spent its first seven MLB season with Rockies with his final campaign in 2018. Colorado selected Matt in the seventh round in 1998, and he reached his first world series in 2007 and played an important role in the franchise.
According to ESPN Research, Ethan is the first top-five picks to be drafts by a team for whom his father played.
Ethan – who played Infielded at the Stillwater High School in Oklahoma – is also the brother of Baltimore Oriols Second Basman Jackson Holiday,
