Senator Rick Scott (R-Fla.) said Wednesday that the U.S. would not need military action in Cuba and that he thinks the Cuban people will “rise up.” Asked about possible military intervention on NewsNation’s “The Hill with Blake Berman,” Scott said, “I don’t think we would have to do that.”
