The 2025 production followed a career year in 2024, when Jennings had 77 catches for 975 yards and six touchdowns. His attempts to turn it into a big money expansion never succeeded.
Jennings, known as a physical blocker with a tendency to excite opponents, became emotional when asked about potentially leaving the 49ers after last season. The Niners selected Jennings in the seventh round (No. 217 overall) of the 2020 NFL Draft.
