Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani (R) has left the ICU after being hospitalized over the weekend, according to a spokesperson. In a statement to The Hill, Giuliani spokesman Ted Goodman said the former New York City mayor “has come out of the ICU and will take some time to recover before being released…”
