President Trump made a last-minute appeal to Virginians on Monday evening, urging voters to reject a redistricting ballot measure that could give Democrats four pickup opportunities in the House this November. “This referendum is a blatant partisan power grab the likes of which nobody has really seen before,” Trump said on a telecall with Speaker Mike Johnson.
