Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) said Monday that one of his staffers had gone to Colombia to return hearing aids to a 6-year-old boy who was deported with his mother. “As we stand here, my staff just arrived in Colombia and are putting hearing aids back in the boy’s ears,” the California lawmaker said.
