
Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D) said Wednesday that a bridge between the U.S. and Canada that President Trump previously threatened to block from opening is ready to move forward. The Governor announced during this time, “For the first time in more than a century, a new bridge, the Gordie Howe International Bridge, will open connecting Michigan to Canada.”
