Representative Joaquin Castro (D-Texas) met with a 5-year-old boy and his father at the Dilli Immigration Processing Center in Dilli, Texas, where they are both being held following their arrest in Minnesota. “I called for his release and told him how much his family, his school, and our country love him and are praying for him,” Castro wrote.
