President Donald Trump is scheduled to speak Saturday morning following a stunning, large-scale attack on Venezuela overnight. Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and his wife, Celia Flores, were captured in the operation by U.S. forces and have been indicted in New York on drug-trafficking charges.
