An off-duty Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officer reportedly shot and killed a man after a confrontation outside the officer’s home in Los Angeles on Wednesday. “On December 31, an off-duty ICE officer bravely responded to an active shooter situation at his apartment complex,” DHS spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin said in a statement.
