Trump says he commandeered Rubio's clock as part of Cabinet Room makeover

The time was clearly essential for President Trump as he re -designed the cabinet room – Commander -in -Chief says he swipe the “grand” watch from the office of State Secretary Marco Rubio to use at the White House.

A Tuesday cabinet meeting took an unexpected, “Extreme Makeover: West Wing Edition” -Style Turn when Trump shared that he spent time in selecting new arts personally for the historic meeting room as it had some “not very good” pictures.

Trump told his cabinet, “I chose all this. I am very proud of it,” as soon as he passed through the room, a piece of piece, stating that he has Andrew Jackson, James Polk, Franklin D. Why should the previous presidents choose the equality of previous presidents including Roosevelt, George Washington, Dwight Egyptian, John Adams and John Quincy Adams.

“Look at those frames. I am a frame person,” Trump said, praising his picture selection, before Rubio pointed to a clock in the corner of the cabinet room.

“Marco indicates it – I was going to leave the clock,” Trump said.

“So as the President, you have power – if I go to the State Department, or Commerce or Treasury Department – if I see anything that I like, I allow it to take it. Can you believe it? Trump asked the cabinet to laugh.

“I’m in Marco’s office [and] I look at this grand watch, grandfather watch, “Trump recalled with a wide smile.

“I had to read him rules and regulation,” Trump quipped.

“I said, ‘Marco, I love this watch. Look at it. It’s beautiful.” ,

“He said,” What a clock? ” “Trump said, as Rubio saw sitting next to the President and smiling.

“The clock that is in the other room, is incredible and no one gets to see it,” Trump said he told Rubio, initially tried to convince him to leave the clock he was voluntarily.

“I first tried to talk on him, and it worked,” Trump said ficklely, before accepting that he had to apply a little more pressure.

Trump explained to the secretary of his state, “I would like to take out that watch and put it in the cabinet room.” He said, ‘No, are you serious? ,

“I said, ‘Marco, I have the right to do it,” Trump said he put his hand on Rubio’s shoulder.

“This is his contribution to the cabinet room,” Trump concluded for a chorus of Chakalles.

“But, by the way, it’s an incredible watch,” said Trump.
