Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT) on Wednesday condemned Jared Kushner’s involvement in Paramount’s hostile takeover bid to acquire Warner Bros., and argued that President Trump’s apparent attempt to interfere in the massive media deal was “authoritarianism.” “A handful of giant corporations already control the majority of the media,” Sanders wrote on the social platform X.
