President Trump said on Tuesday that he would not provide a “Amnesty” program that would offer help to farms and migrant agricultural workers, but announced a new program to support the agricultural industry.

He then asked Rollins to explain the program further, which he said that he would protect the farmers and ensure that he had the labor he needed, but she would not provide forgiveness.
