A man armed with a rifle and strategic gear allegedly tried to ambush law enforcement as he showed a border for work in a patrol facility in Texas … he set fire, then shot and killed.
According to the Homeland Security Department, the deadly exchange of bullets went down on Monday morning in McClen.
We have been told that the border patrol agents and local police helped to neutralize the shooter, who set fire to the entrance of the United States Border Patrol Sector Annex.
DHS says that two officers and a border patrol staff were injured in the shooting … one of whom was shot in the knee. All three have gone to the hospital.
We have been told that the FBI is now investigating shooting … and the photos show gun holders on the ground outside a building, with evidence markers around his body.
Shooter identified 27 year old Michigan resident Ryan Lewis Mosquito,
