The National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) shared a AI-generated video Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) appears to praise the government shutdown — based on a actual quoteBut not in the way shown in the video.
The video posted on the social platform X shows an AI-generated illustration of Schumer saying, “Every day gets better for us,” before smiling.
