South Carolina’s Chloe Kitts (torn ACL) to miss 2025 season

“We are first and foremost proud of Chloe, who has worked incredibly hard to become the best version of herself on the court this season,” South Carolina coach Don Staley said in a statement. “Her teammates are capable of stepping up, and I know her competitive fire and tenacity will be felt from the sidelines as she puts everything she can into them to ensure our team’s success.”

Kitts is projected to be selected as a first-round WNBA draft pick next spring. She may still enter the draft or choose to return for another college season.

“Thank you to everyone who has shown love and support,” Kitsch wrote in an Instagram post. “Although I didn’t expect my senior season to go this way, I am trusting in God’s timing and purpose. I will continue to lead, support, and push my team. We have big things ahead!”
