Hunter Pence Hunting for a buyer for its amazing southern California mansion … TMZ sports The two -time world series champion has learned that only Malibu Pad has been kept for sale.
We are told that the East-San Francisco giant All-Star listed it on Wednesday … for $ 39 million.
Price tag is high, but placed – listed by Joy conner Compass – is very beautiful … It is a 7,356 square feet of place with five bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, a house office, a gym and a media room.
Pence first bought it in 2016 while he played for the veterans … but the representative for the former outfielder tells us that he is now ready to participate with it as he is being pulled back to the Bay Area.
His team said in a statement, “Since retiring from Major League baseball in 2021, Hunter has focused on sports broadcasting, motivational speaking and community engagement.” “As his role continues to expand with the veterans, he and his wife are deeply vested in San Francisco – serving as the ambassadors of pride for the city and dedicating their time to local initiatives. He is now focused in San Francisco with his life, he has decided to participate with his Malibu Niwas.”
The open-concept property sits on the Pacific Coast Highway … and the main entrance, 12-foot roof, 93-foot infinity pool, barbecue area and a water wall in the fire pit features a water wall.
The property also sits over the Malibu Kov Colony and has a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean.
Pence said in a statement, “Malibu’s surf, energy, and The Sense of Peace attracted me to this place.”

Pence started his MLB career in 2007 and played for several teams including veterans, with which he won two world series.
