Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass left on Tuesday after President Trump, which he called the attacks “nonsense”.
During a cabinet meeting on Tuesday, Trump criticized the handling of the California village Gavin Newsome and the wildfire of Bass, which was hitting parts of Los Angeles earlier this year.
“I think they are disabled, well, to be honest with you. I think they don’t know how to go about it now. It is ‘Newscum’ and Mayor Bass run very badly. Mayor Bass, she was in Africa during the fire, she was in Africa,” said Trump.
She said, “She knew that the fire was getting angry, and she decided to travel to Africa.
“So what is your reaction to him?” CNN’s Erin Burnett asked the bass on “outfront”.
Bass replied, “Okay, moreover, it’s nonsense, I mean, we know that the President is not kind while talking about truth. Therefore, whatever he said is not really accurate,” Bass replied.
Bass told Burnett that he knew that Trump had mentioned him during Tuesday’s meeting.
He said, “I know that he is of a quarrel with the governor, but, you know, again, he calls everyone incapable,” he said. “He calls all the mayors from the cities he targets as disabled. Therefore, it surprises you how he makes those decisions, but, clearly they are not based in facts.”
In view of intensive federal law enforcement action in Washington, DC and Los Angeles, tension between democratic leaders and the President across the country increased.
Illinois village. JB Pritzkar (D) recently warned Trump against the deployment of National Guard soldiers in Chicago, after the President suggested a week earlier that the largest city in the prior state could be an upcoming target.
“Earlier in the Oval Office today, Donald Trump saw the collected cameras and asked me to say it personally,” Mr. President, can you honor us to protect our city? “
He said, “Instead, I say, ‘Mr. President, Chicago does not come. You neither want nor need here,” he said.
