The Department of Justice (DOJ) on Friday relate the first batch of documents related to late sexual criminal Jeffrey Epstein to the House Oversite and Government Reform Committee, which was in response to a sabpona from the panel in search of full “Epstein Files”.
Separate, DOJ also issued a transcript of the interview that Deputy Attorney General Tod Blanches held the Epstein Associate Ghhishline Maxwell last month.
A spokesman for the House GOP Oversite Committee said in a statement, “The house oversite committee has received the first production of Epstein records before Justice, which is according to the sub -region of Chairman James Comer. Production includes documents of thousands of pages.”
While the documents came several days later from the original Tuesday time limit of the panel, more release is expected, the oversite Republican praised the disclosure.
