Saturday’s game is a showcase that needs to be maintained against the avalanche of money. These are old school items, with two programs with appropriate expectations that mostly want to taste big and all the fun coming with it.
So they have invested in it – as institutions and individuals. Try to convince some Irishman that the 50,000 -seat bills in the small apple of Manhattan, Kansas are larger than any sports site in the big apple of Family Football Stadium, Manhattan, New York.
