Maryland Governor Wes Moore (D) hit back at President Trump on Tuesday, just hours after the president said the governor is partly responsible for recovery efforts in the wake of a massive sewage spill into the Potomac River. “Mr. President, this leak has basically been contained,” Moore wrote on the social platform X.
