The Washington Post is asking a federal judge to order the government to return materials seized from one of its journalists during a raid on his home earlier this month. Describing the search as “outrageous”, the Post said the FBI’s capture of reporting material “hinders speech, disrupts reporting, and causes irreparable harm every day…”
