Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiha on Tuesday condemned statements alleging that Kiev had initiated the attack on Russian President Vladimir Putin’s compound. “We were disappointed and concerned to see the statements from the Emirati, Indian and Pakistani sides expressing their concern about an attack that never happened,” Saibiha wrote in a post on X.
