And Trump has not created any secret of where he wants to lead it. His request to the Congress for DC’s “long -term” control makes ambition to ambition. It was never about keeping people safe – it was about the installation of an example to make local policing federal and normalize military cracks across the country.
Trump may think that this created crisis fails their policy, but it only increases them.
