Trump: 'We have to' send Ukraine more weapons 

President Trump said that his administration will send additional weapons to Ukraine after his administration on Monday. Got a stagnation Kiev on some shipment.

Trump told reporters during a dinner with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, “We are going to send some more weapons. We have to do. They should be able to defend themselves. They are now very difficult.”

He said, “Defense weapons, mainly, but they are getting very difficult. Many people are dying in that dirt,” he said.

The Pentagon confirmed the decision to stop the delivery of some aerial defense missiles and sages in Ukraine, citing concerns about the reduction of US military stockpiles last week.

Trump protected himself, saying that America needs “to ensure that we have enough for ourselves.”

The decision attracted backlash from Ukraine supporters in Washington and Europe, who expressed concern that Russia could severely weaken the capabilities of Kiev to overcome the attacks and advances.

The US has given billions of dollars in military aid to Ukraine as Russia began a full -scale invasion of its neighbor in February 2022, although many Trump colleagues have expressed doubts about American support for Kiev. Democrats, and a small number of Republicans and European colleagues have warned that except Ukraine would be a major victory for Russian President Vladimir Putin and his country.

Trump has expressed disappointment with Putin over the lack of progress in ending war in Ukraine in recent times. Last week, both people spoke over the phone.

Trump said on Monday, “I am disappointed, clearly, that President Putin is not closed. I am not happy about it.”
