Some tumors are almost impossible to cure. This is especially true for carcinomas, which do not behave like other malignant diseases. Some of these tumors act as shapeshifters and begin to resemble cells from other parts of the human body, such as the skin. This bizarre behavior presents a challenge to existing treatments.
