SAP on Friday announced that it had reached an agreement to recruit software company Smartrecruiters.
In A press releaseEuropean software giant stated that Smartrecruiters “powerful, user -friendly interfaces and seamless workflows” would complement the existing HR tools of SAP.
Muhammad Alam, a member of the SAP Executive Board, who led the product and engineering, said in a statement that with this acquisition, “Customers will be able to manage the entire candidate life cycle – from sourcing and interviews to onboarding and beyond – all to streamline experiences for all those recruiting in the same system, hiring managers and especially, for candidates.”
The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of this year.
