State Secretary Marco Rubio was congratulated by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on the western wall in Jerusalem on Sunday, shortly after, he arrived in Israel to discuss the war in diplomacy and Gaza in the region in Israel.
Netanyahu postponed a permanent alliance between his two countries, even last week on Hamas leaders in Qatar, the Israeli strike inspired concerns among some people in the Trump administration.
Netanyahu told reporters on Sunday, “I think his journey here is a will for stability, the strength of Israel-American alliance. It is strong and durable as western wall stones that we have just touched.”
“Under President Trump and Secretary Rubio and his entire team, this alliance has never been strong, and we appreciate it deeply, not only from the people of Israel who live today, but also generations of Jews who were before us, and hope that we build our kingdom with friends like you. Thanks, Thanks, Thanks, Marco, Maro, Marco.
Rubio did not question reporters. Before departing for Israel on Saturday, he told reporters that he intends to emphasize Trump’s will for the war in Gaza to end Trump’s concern and express Israel strike in Doha Horticulture can make the dialogue more challenging. Qatar has served as a mediator in the ceasefire talks.
Rubio told reporters, “The US-Israel’s relationship is very strong. It is strong. The President wants this struggle to end. He wants to exclude all the hostages, all of them 48, living and dead,” when asked when asked that his message for Netanyahu would be on this visit.
“Obviously, we are worried that the events of the previous week, the way he went down, did not like it. He has publicly expressed,” Rubio continued on Saturday referring to Trump.
“It’s concern that perhaps this may happen – we will talk about what effects are being affected to bring all the hostages back, get rid of Hamas, end this war,” he said. “This is the priority of the President.”
