The Ekuna is an early outfielder for the National League and is still expected to play in the all-star game on her home ground. Olson is a reserve infielder.
Instead of Ekuna, Olson will try to become the first Atlanta player to win the Home Run Darby on Monday night. He can become the fourth to win at home. The all-star game is Tuesday night.
Olson competed in 2021 darby with athletics. He was abolished in the first round. The 31 -year -old entered the weekend with 17 Homeers this season.
